Custom-engineered systems for quiet, whole-home cleaning—new builds, remodels, and clean retrofits.

A built-in central vacuum system makes everyday cleaning quieter, healthier, and easier—without dragging a canister from room to room. We design and install complete systems for new builds, remodels, and lived-in homes across Orange, San Diego, Riverside, and Los Angeles Counties. From outlet placement to power unit sizing, everything is engineered for powerful suction and whisper-quiet operation.

Our team starts with a no-pressure walkthrough to understand your floor plan and the surfaces you clean most. We’ll recommend the right power unit (airwatts/CFM), filtration type (bagged, cyclonic, or hybrid), and valve locations to cover every space with a single lightweight hose. All lines are solvent-welded PVC with long-sweep fittings for maximum airflow and future serviceability.

We service and install all major central vacuum brands, including AstroVac, BEAM, Canavac, Cyclo Vac, DrainVac, DuoVac, Electrolux, Eureka, Hayden, Husky, MD Manufacturing (SilentMaster, Modern Day, Flo-Master), M Vac, NuTone/Broan, PowerStar, Pullman-Holt, Royal, SmartVac, Star Power, VacuFlo, Vacumaid/Imperium, and Vantage.
What’s included

•System design and load calculations (airflow, run lengths, bends)

•Power unit selection & mounting with vibration isolation

•Pipe routing through walls/attic/crawlspace with minimal patching

•Inlet valves, low-voltage control wiring, and hose storage options

•Commissioning: leak/CFM test, sound & suction verification

•Homeowner orientation and care guide

Typical timeline: 1 day for most retrofits; multi-story homes may take 1–2 days.

Result: Consistent suction at every port, less airborne dust, and a cleaner, quieter home.

Can you retrofit a central vacuum without opening lots of walls?
Yes. We typically route pipe through attics, crawlspaces, basements, or closets and use long-sweep fittings to preserve airflow. Most homes need only a few small, strategic cutouts that we patch the same day.
How do you size the power unit for my home?
We calculate required airwatts/CFM using square footage, number of inlets, pipe length, and bend count. Then we match a unit with enough sealed suction and airflow to maintain performance at the furthest port.
Bagged, cyclonic, or hybrid—what’s best?
• Bagged: Easiest, cleanest maintenance and best for allergies.
• Cyclonic: No bags; strong airflow; needs periodic bin cleanout and exhaust venting.
• Hybrid: Uses bags or bare bin—flexibility if your needs change.
How many inlets do I need?
Rule of thumb: one port covers ~600–800 sq ft, but layout matters more than size. We place ports so a standard 30–35 ft hose reaches all areas; retractable hose systems change the math and may reduce port count.
How long does installation take and how disruptive is it?
Most retrofits finish in 1 day. We protect floors, isolate dust, and use existing pathways when possible. Dedicated circuits and short outdoor vents are installed as needed.
